I love reading. I actually enjoy anything that pulls my eyes away from one of these screens. He stressed the importance of relationships, honesty, and health. The first two, I have no idea what he's talking about, but I agree with his sentiment that health leads to happiness. And health of the mind is equally, if not more important than health of the body. Getting through a good book is a perfect way to exercise, and rest your mind. Plus, your wife will probably bitch a lot less when she finds a book in your hands, as opposed to a phone or game controller.
